IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Dear Customer,

Our Birmingham head office and Croydon branch have resumed business following our Christmas break but will remain closed to walk-in customers until further notice. Law Design & Print Ltd has taken this decision in response to the UK government’s advice on social distancing measures. The aim of this is to minimise the social interaction between our employees and customers in order to avoid the transmission of coronavirus. The health of our staff and customers is important to us.

Although our offices are closed to walk-in customers, members of staff will continue to work behind the scenes to ensure that the business is still operating and disruption to customers is kept to a minimum. Customers are welcome to contact our offices regarding their orders or for any enquiries.

During this period customers are welcome to place their orders by posting your menu and cheque (full payment or minimum deposit of £200, made payable to “Law Design & Print Ltd”) to us. A member of staff will contact you regarding your order once we receive your information.

Please note that during this period customers will only be able to collect their goods from our Birmingham head office or Croydon branch by appointment only. Customers may also choose to have the goods delivered to their shop address or an alternative address.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope to re-open our offices to walk-in customers as soon as possible.

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic and uncertainties in the next few months, we strongly advise customers to place your orders as soon as possible as there may be the possibility of disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
